  National Lay Ecclesial Minister - Parish Catechetical Leader and Youth Ministry Leader Specializations. Work with staff and volunteers to form the faith of parishioners from ages 3+ through retreats, programs, Sunday School, religious ed and youth ministry. Also work with those wanting to become members of the Catholic faith and sacramental preparation for the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation. Also assist with social media outreach. Specifically:Coordinate the following parish ministries: - RCIA/OCIA (Rite/Order of Christian Initiation for Adults - Adult Faith Formation - Christ Renews His Parish (CRHP) program - Sacramental Preparation for 1st Reconciliation, 1st Holy Communion, Confirmation - Oversight for/Supervisor of: - Sunday School program and Director of Sunday School - Wednesday Evening Religious Education and Director of WERE - Youth & Family Ministry and Director of Youth & Family Ministry - Vacation Bible School and volunteer leadership team for this program Show less
