  The Mycogen precision farming initiative was to leverage the expanding capabilities of precision agriculture to capture data from products grown in producers fields, the data was then used to position hybrids and varieties for optimal performance. Responsible for testing and evaluating the quality of seed production for both domestic and international sale within the company and for any seed that was produced outside of the company production assets and evaluated for wholesale to our business. Managed personnel and laboratory equipment to make quality determinations related to seed products. Assigned quality status to seed lots for release and shipment of seed.
