      Additional responsibilities utilising my background in IT included:- Worked closely with the Head of Central Operations to create a weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboard to display Dine-at-Home data at restaurant and regional level, which delivered a significant improvement on company-wide performance.- Worked closely with the Head of Central Operations and 2 operations managers to create a weekly regional performance dashboard to assist in cascading site performance by each operations manager to their restaurants in an efficient and intuitive manner, which yielded an increase in engagement from general managers on their weekly performance as well as a noticeable improvement on delivering results.- Worked closely with the Head of Central Operations and an IT project manager to create SOP documents and user guides for multiple IT-related systems.- Re-designed inventory reporting which was cascaded centrally leading up to a menu change, which displayed potential waste risk at the site, region and company levels, assisting in minimising discarding de-listed items.- Co-ordinated the table management system (LIveRes) for 2 regions, assisting the operations manager and the general managers in maximising their site's capacity management and reservations potential.
