      Stand-alone Communications Manager, I developed and delivered the communications strategy to support delivery of the online integration and harmonisation of LTSB, Halifax and Bank of Scotland banking systems onto a single banking platform over a two year period. I then went on to supported the launch of new online products and services in conjunction with the integration and harmonisation activity.Key deliverables included:Produced targeted internal communications materials and channels as appropriate such as newsletters, team events, staff surveys, rewards and recognition programmesProduced broad awareness communications to impacted Lloyds Banking Group areas e.g. Intranet site, publications, posters, digital signage, briefing packsProduced Leadership and senior executive communications.Delivered a colleague advocacy programme for customer facing employees to support the launch of the new Internet Banking platforms.
