  Emma is a Director of ECC where she heads up Client and Programme Management as well working as an Executive Coach and facilitator. Emma has spent the last 17 years coaching individuals during transition points in their careers – either to a more senior role, working within a new organisation or through periods of significant change. She enjoys working with individuals and Leaders to enable them to maximise their potential and achieve their aspirations. She is passionate about helping individuals to thrive in work and life particularly during periods of transition. She is interested in helping her clients to understand and value difference, to be inclusive as leaders and to enable those who are under represented in their organisation to shine. Emma is a strong advocate for female talent development and for working parents and continues to lead ECC's market leading services in these areas. Show less
