When I am not delivering food I am cleaning, restocking product, helping make subs, or making sure bread is continuously going in and out of the proofer and oven. I was made a Person In Charge for a few months which gave me new responsibilities, these included managing multiple employees, prepping bread for the night and the following day, counting down the deposit and taking to the bank at the end of the night, and making sure the shop is as clean as possible at the end of the night for the following day.
