      HRIS – I entered all new hire information into PeopleSoft and ran weekly reports from within the HRIS system to gather data for reports reviewed by the HR manager, store Manager and the district team. Benefit Administration – I taught all employees (250+) of the benefits they were eligible for as full time or part time employees. I assisted in helping the employees enrolled during open enrollment. Interviews – I phone screened and scheduled every interview for candidates looking to be hired into the Lowe’s team. Additionally I conducted a majority of the initial interviews for candidates prior to scheduling them to interview with zone managers and the store manager. Administrative – I ensured that all employee files were completed and stored according to federal guidelines. I assisted Loss Prevention is several investigations against employees stealing from the company. I completed all expense reports and purchase card consolidation for all members of the management team (8). I took meeting minutes for weekly managers meetings. I tracked and mailed all pre-employment drug tests to our vendor to run for results. Orientation – I conducted bi-weekly orientations for all new hires. The orientations were 6 hour sessions ranging anywhere from 6-20 participants depending on the demand for hiring, with a review of all company policies, procedures, benefits, and training. Payroll – Weekly I completed payroll for all employees ensuring that hours were recorded properly and that employees were punching in and out for lunch breaks. Assist in weekly meetings with program managers, director, and business unit vice president to recap the efforts of staffing and recruiting while supporting the proposal efforts.Additionally spent a great deal of time working in an administrative role, handling logistics, expense reports, creating reports / metrics, managing vendors.
