  In my current role, I actively engage my services and expertise on improving efficiency of processes in the supply chain industry.💪Key Responsibilities:◾ Optimizing inventory and budget management by keeping track of all supplies ordered and received and also evaluating details on prices, performance and delivery times.◾ Guaranteeing track of logistics and updating the company's inventory.◾ Analyzing operational performance and resolving issues.◾ Creating markets by collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.◾ Preparing and submitting reports required under the PPAD Act 2015 and its regulations and PPRA guidelines.◾ Acting as a secretariat to the opening, evaluation, inspection and acceptance and disposal committees.◾ Organizing and managing supplier evaluation process through examination of the quality of products, pricing and delivery time as well as determining which suppliers meet the Board’s needs.◾ Monitoring contracts and Service Level agreement to ensure suppliers meet expectations and invoices are approved and paid in time.◾ Computing and acquiring accurate and comprehensive supplier evaluation through attending trade shows, and interviewing vendors, and continuously listing and registering suppliers.◾ Ensuring procurement practices are top quality and meet or surpass the County government’s requirements and also the compliance requirements.◾ Preparing tender document, coordinating the receiving and opening of tender documents and publish the tender documents.◾ Undertaking the role of sourcing buyer, unsealing, scorer in the IFMIS e-procurement portal.
