  Handmade greeting card design company catered to high-end gift boutiques and stationery stores. I was a sole proprietor and designer. I developed my customer accounts in the Greater Minneapolis/St.Paul area almost single-handedly and later worked with a sales rep. This venture gave me a great understanding of how to market myself and my product lines (in a way they are one and the same).

  Currently, my services consist of two pillars: one is go-to-market strategy design, planning, and execution. and the other is workshop facilitation. If you are an American company/entrepreneur wanting to enter the Japanese market, or a Japanese company/entrepreneur wanting to give a shot at the US market, I am here to help you. I will start with market/industry landscape research (which I have done for 20+ years, design go-to-market strategy, formulate a plan, and provide operational services needed to execute the plan. Currently, I am assisting a few educational startups and a Japanese ecommerce company who is exploring an entry to the US market. I have 12+ years of experience leading workshops for corporate clients, focusing on corporate culture design, leadership development, and team building. When I say, "workshop," I mean safe space for a group of people to get actual work done, solving difficult issues and challenges.   Trans Migrants Support CA is a project of Black Trans Nation, a NYC-based 501 (c)(3) public charity. The mission of Trans Migrants Support CA is to provide support to transgender people and their families who are relocating to California from other states to flee conditions made dangerous by the current onslaught of legislative attack and violence on the street. Our aim is to provide personalized support such as housing assistance, food and daily necessities, and emotional support so the people who have experienced the trauma of displacement will be able to restore a sense of normalcy and belonging. As Caretaker in Chief, I define strategic direction for our activities, interact with partners, clients, supporters, and volunteers, allocate funds and other resources, and engage in public-facing campaigns, including fundraising activities.
