  I started work at dimention data as a Graduate Trainee for 1 year . The company enployed me in the position of Associate field engineer to present. I worked as a graduate trainee after completing my Degree in Bachelor of Science Computer Information systems from University of Botswana. My roles included computer hardware diagnosis and repair, basic server setup and administration.I worked mainly with Microsoft Active directory, Exchange server and Symantec backup and endpoint protection. This also gave me the opportunity to work on various IT infrastructures and cultures.
