  Este projeto de pesquisa propôs e rastreio de múltiplos animais com identificação de cada indivíduo utilizando tanto animais com marcadores visuais, assim como animais não marcados, no software de rastreio Zebtrack. Para o primeiro caso utilizou-se uma simples diferenciação por cores. Para o segundo caso propuseram-se duas estratégias: Filtro de Kalman e descritores e detectores de características tais como o SIFT (Lowe, 2004) e SURF (Bay et al., 2008).Tecnologias utilizadas:- MATLAB
