As a survey team, we promoted surveys to the Malaysian market across eight industries, engaged in full cycle survey business from sales, data analysis, report, and communication. Our Malaysian survey team won the 2005 Best In Asia Award. The one biggest lesson from this season can be summarized in two words - Jeric Ramos. As my manager, Jeric opened my eyes to what servant-leader looks like in a work place. He inspired me and taught me that encouragement from a great boss can turn one's HR career around in an instant.
