  Managing a health and fitness department with the responsibility of continuously improving customer service and performance standards for a high profile, profitable and challenging leisure centre. The role includes overseeing reception, sales, fitness instructor, personal trainer and group exercise teams. Following a 2 year management scheme which involved working in front line roles of leisure including Customer Service Advising, Sales, Fitness Instructing, Lifeguards, Events, Aquatics and Fitness Management and Duty Manager. The roles were across London and in multiple leisure centres. Duty Manager of Swiss Cottage leisure centre - Managing a staff team of up to 30 people ensuring the running of the business is as smooth as possible and every department is functioning efficiently. Often involved problem solving and process management to deliver high customer service.
