      Leading Quality and Continuous Improvement functions of ABB's Marine & Ports division (annual revenue $1B+) globally across 28 countries. 40 professionals in total in the division QCI team.Responsible for a global quality management system (“ABB Marine & Ports Way”), effective QA/QC, KPI management scheme, governance model for strategical improvement programs, Lean 6 Sigma program, quality training offering and domain specific IT tools.Designing and deploying strategy, organization and processes for a new Planning & Fulfillment function.
