  Wartsila W34 Gas Engine: (O&M at HCCP)>Taking & keeping records of various parameters of the power plant during operation>Monitoring of engine voltage, phase current, fuel outlet/ inlet pressure & temperature, and other criteria during operation or standby>Calibrating engine waste gate & doing TC wash manually>Proper housekeeping during operation/ standby of engine from time to time>Monitoring engine all systems (LO, cooling, fuel, exhaust) and take further action if needed to decrease/ increase any temperature of HT/ LT circuit and other operational activities>Collecting LO, HT, and LT samples to ensure the qualityWartsila W32 HFO Engine: (Maintenance at BPDB Chapai 100MW PP):>Checking engine trend, alarms, and other criteria of the engine from WOIS computer at regular interval and goes into action if found any abnormality in the trend curve>Detecting of sensor's fault alarm (SF) and troubleshooting>Monitoring and troubleshooting of engine faulty and operational panel board>Preparing daily reports regarding engine production, running hours, fuel consumption, and other electrical and mechanical related issues from WOIS & WISE computer>Calibrating and troubleshooting of HT/LT valve controller>Operation of electrical panel board and PLC card after any abnormality or SF>Replacing new electrical sensors/ electrical or mechanical spare parts of the engine instead of damaged one>Preparing JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and WO (Work Order) as per requirement>Changing generator drive and non-drive bearing oil on schedule basis maintenance>Inspecting and supervising leakages (air, water, oil) of the engine and all auxiliary systems>Checking engine cabling/ insulation of wire if found any sensor fault (SF) or abnormality >Cleaning and belt changing of LO (Lube Oil) separator and HFO (Heavy Fuel Oil) separator>Taking tappet clearance between rocker arm nose and valve by filler gauge Show less
