While working with agency clients such as STIHL Inc. I planned and lead the implementation of marketing projects. I developed customer relationships and maximized agency/client value through frequent and consistent communications and focusing on client business objectives resulting in YoY growth of accounts averaging 10%.I used Data-Driven Metrics to plan and execute strategies to maximize retail location traffic and brand awareness within target markets. Part of that was analyzing Marketing, Sales, Demographic, and competitor data using Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx to inform marketing strategies.I also researched and planned for the Business Development division, creative direction and design for multiple projects, developed and maintained templates, and tools for company-wide use.I also managed and trained multiple other team members on various skills, tasks, and processes. As Account Assistant, I oversaw the delivery and confirmation of traffic for 100+ media multiple times a year. I also aided in the processing and evaluation of campaigns for local, regional, and national clients and provided support to multiple departments in the company as needed.Significant Highlights: -Planned and managed 13 Marketing projects with combined budgets of $17,000,000+ in 16 states and 66 DMAs including LA & Chicago. -Created multiple value-adding analyses and reports o DMA level spend vs value analysis and reports o Dealer Level Media analysis and reports -Go To Special project person ranging from o Long Range planning and consulting for clients o Verification reporting process updates o Designing and sourcing branded gifts Show less

      Sales And Marketing Specialist

Working with DTC my main focus was selling our Utility Billing Software. I focused on medium-sized municipal governments and utility authorities. That involved a large amount of research and analysis of various databases. Including DEP lists, lists of election officials, and researching membership of professional groups, such as the American Water Works Association and State Level Water Environment Associations. As well as creating marketing materials for my own campaigns to drive sales; ranging from email campaigns to direct mail. Our sales cycle started by engaging with prospective clients and performing early discovery to determine if we met their needs. After that, I would prepare and present detailed proposals and demonstrate our products to the client. Being a technical demonstration I needed to be fully aware of all aspects of the software and able to answer any questions. I have a unique style of presentation where I use open-ended questions about their existing process then I would demonstrate how we solve that particular issue using the software and continue to ask them exploratory questions the entire time. I approach sales as a consultative role and as such want to fully understand what a client's needs are before assuming a solution. That approach allowed me to be the top seller in Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 of ‘21 and Q1, Q2 of ‘22. I am true believer in cross-training and didn’t just focus on Sales & Marketing being a small company I helped out across the company. Dipping into project management and implementation and data analysis and data cleansing for other departments. I also helped in operations by creating improved workflows and processes to save money and increase revenue for our support department. Significant Highlights: -Overhauled and Systematized multiple workflows and processes o New Business Process o Support Billing Processes -The top seller: Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 of ‘21 & Q1, Q2 of '22 -Identified and Collected over 6,000 potential clients Show less

Manager of Marketing Communication - Community Arts Center

As the Manager of Marketing Communications at the Community Center, I am responsible for bringing patrons to over 80 local and national events throughout the year. This involves creating and scaling marketing plans for each individual show, educating national show representatives on the North Central PA market, and keeping all stakeholders up to date on the status of individual events at the venue. A key way I have succeeded in creating growth at the CAC is through constant monitoring of campaigns and sales trends. The main indicator for any show is ticket sales but other performance indicators such as event page traffic, email KPIs, and social engagements help identify how sales trends will continue.I have had the opportunity to work with multiple interns, both paid and unpaid, in this role. It's an especially exciting part of my responsibilities as I love teaching others how marketing and advertising impact every aspect of our lives and how we can use it to boost the arts in our communities. One of the first things I set in place with every intern is what their growth goals are and how I can aid them in achieving them.Significant Highlights:-Achieved the Highest Revenue year in 30-year history.o Doubling the previous record from 2013-14-3 sold-out performances in the 2022-23 performance series, the first sell-out since 2016.-Increased engagement from 2022 to 2023o Facebook followers - 18%o email subscribers - 17%o Website User Growth - 40.5%o Instagram Followers - 14% Show less
