  Heritage Park Museum puts on events for the community while also acting as an educational local history venue. While I worked there I raised funds for the park through our annual silent auction on Canada Day. I procured more donations for the park than the previous year as well as raising the attendance of the Canada Day Celebration to over 2000 individuals. Included in my time there i learned to give tours on local history, organize lectures on art and history and also organize free Kids Camps for underprivileged children. Show less
