  I have been with Harris Publishing for eleven years. As the General Manager, I currently manager a staff of 5, perform all administrative tasks answering only to the publisher. In this role I am responsible for sales, distribution, budgets and growing revenue on all platforms. I generate the majority of all sales while creating campaigns, negotiating client contracts and hire staff. I also work with other departments in the company, including sales, digital assets in preparation for upcoming advertising campaigns. I review final projects, videos, print ads and commercial scripts, to decide if the project meets client and brand specifications.Other duties include overseeing ad traffic while coordinating the movement of ideas, creative projects, advertisements, and all associated paperwork, creative artists, and other advertising agency personnel. Facilitating all workflow and communication to ensure that deadlines are efficiently and consistently met from inception to placement. Show less
