      Worked with Convergys India Limited as Technical Support Officer with "Microsoft" process from 05th July 2004 till 30th Aug 2005 where I was part of the world class operating system Microsoft "Windows XP" and used to manage and resolve technical issues for customers in regards to Windows Xp / 9x.

      Promoted as "Senior Order Delivery Manager" within Orange Business Services since 1st Sept 2007 till 2015. I was part of 'Customer Spotlight Program' and was responsible for end-to-end ownership for all Telecom Solutions (RFCs). I worked on strategically important Network Service projects for assigned Diamond & Business critical customers including complex projects with an ultimate goal of achieving Outstanding Customer Experience. Joined Orange Business Services on 12th September 2005 as "Solution Delivery Manager" where I was responsible for end to end network service delivery for SITA major customer accounts that included all pioneers in airlines industry such as Air France, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic Airways to name a few.
