  Apprentice to Foreman

  I joined Franklin after leaving school and worked on projects which exposed me to all elements of the plumbing industry. I continued after my apprenticeship as a fully fledged commercial gas registered plumber. In 1992 I was asked to start running the smaller projects and learned basic management skills, over the next 11 years the profile of the projects grew larger as my technical knowledge and ability improved. I left in 2003 to get started with Barm and Davies.
