      Drum Major

As Drum Major, I provided assistance during rehearsals and supported my fellow students. My responsibilities included conducting the band and ensuring that each member performed to the best of their abilities. In addition to playing the trumpet, I have also learned the trombone and French horn. I serve as the principal trombone in the studio band and the principal horn player during our concert season. During my tenure with the band, both as an instrumentalist and Drum Major, we have performed at prestigious events such as the Hollywood Christmas Parade and Disneyland. The band has also earned Unanimous Superior ratings at the California Music Educators Association (CMEA) Festival. Show less
