Project Manager in Telstra Digital and quickly rose to the role of ITS Program Lead for the “Telstra Air - Integrated Community WiFi Program,” one of Telstra’s largest initiatives for the fiscal year. Entrusted with the mission of building Australia's largest WiFi network, he held end-to-end responsibility for the ITeS delivery, managing a substantial AUD 40 million budget for FY 2014-15.This high-impact program introduced a new value-added service (VAS) access type, "WiFi," to be bundled with existing Telstra products, and he gained deep insights into the business processes required for launching a new product. He led the entire ITeS journey from product design and concept testing to mapping the end-to-end customer experience and developing an integrated product. His role extended across Telstra's entire operational landscape, encompassing Front of House (FoH), Back of House (BoH), Go-To-Market (GTM), Products, and the BSS and OSS layers, necessitating close collaboration across numerous divisions.
