  JOB Profile Provide technical support and assistance to a broad customer base, subscribing to a wide range of products and services to include dial-up, DSL, Frame Relay, LAN Switching and WAN. Utilize network performance monitoring tools to identify impairments that may affect services sold. Perform end-to-end trouble isolation and repair on physical and logical layer services by our customers and devise action plans on more complex issues, as well as oversee the execution of these plans. Utilize test tools and equipment to isolate the cause of impairments. Responsible for interacting with local exchange carriers, Customer Service Centers, Account Teams and Customers to facilitate isolation and repair of faults in the network within established baseline objectives. Keep customers and management updated on efforts aimed at restoration of their services. Maintain accurate logs of trouble isolation and repair efforts.Job Responsibilities Day to day operations related to NOC including problem hunting, 1st level troubleshooting and support for ISDN / DDP circuits,the IP services, Frame Relay, MPLS services and Application level system services.Responsible for routine operations of server farm. Responsibilities included monitoring, routine maintenance, backups and general administration of ISP mail system serving large number of corporate and consumer clients.
