Product sustainability and value engineering, commercial sales management, concrete mix optimisation , workforce training, QA and compliance, customer technical representation, customer complaint resolution and troubleshooting, national projects, and supplier management. Responsible for safety, operational efficiency, reliability and profitability of Firth's ready mixed concrete operations in Central & North Auckland, incorporating manufacturing, logistics and customer service. Project managed the design and construction of two ready mixed concrete plants. Directed strategy, execution and application of customer insights for ready mixed concrete systems; and oversaw the teams that create, improve and market these systems. Manage engineering and specifier aspects of product assessment and certification. Responsible for all operational aspects of of Firth's ready mixed concrete business in the Wellington Region. Managed Firth's Design & Build business for large industrial and commercial floors. Pioneered the introduction of SCC with NZ customers.
