  Manual Processing Operations Manager - (Census 2018)

  Project Managed the processing of an estimated 7 million census forms. Ensuring that all respondent data was captured & processed within the agreed timeline, quality, standards & budget.Prior to the operation going live, this role was responsible for planning the manual processing element of the operation, including matters relating to site set-up, HR, business processes, budget & engagement planning.First key deliverable was development of the manual processing operations plan. Accountable for developing working practices that ensured public trust & confidence in Statistics NZ. 6 teams of 11 people over two shifts undertaking manual processing. Ensured the project meet quality standards, & key performance indicators (KPIs), kept information confidential & secure, maintained the security &confidentiality of all census information. Show less
