      Executive Director, Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility • As Executive Director of Sunrise of Marlboro I an responsible for all operational aspects of running the facility which served the needs of residents ranging from nearly independent to severely memory challenged.* Responsibilities include P&L oversight for Sales, Marketing, Training, Hiring, Dining, Maintenance and Housekeeping.* During my first full year in the community I increased sales from an average of 67 residents to consistently over 80 with a year end average of 105% of budget in resident occupancy and 96% of unit occupancy. * In 2012 Marlboro achieved a 27% increase in house profit over the previous year.* In the area of customer satisfaction I was able to achieve a 12 point increase over the previous years survey and this year I was able to get a 20% increase in survey response with an additional 10 point improvement.* Our bi-annual employee opinion survey conducted last summer rated my community in the top 10 of all Sunrise communities in key areas of recognition for a job well done, receiving performance feedback and feeling that their supervisor treats them with respect. * This year in spite of a significant increase in budget we are maintaining our census at an average of 107% of plan. * As an involved member of the Marlboro community I have participated in town events to promote our facility such as he annual Marlboro Day town fair.* I have remained active in many professional organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association and led my community team for their annual walk.
