Collaborating with cross functional teams to customise gainsight software. I assist in providing technical support and solutions to our valued customers during their upgrade journeys. From troubleshooting issues to testing new features, my role is focused on ensuring a seamless transition to upgraded versions of Gainsight's software. I collaborate closely with team members to gather customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of upgrade processes. As an intern,I had undergone comprehensive training on Gainsight software, gaining hands-on experience in its features and functionalities. I completed a capstone project where I applied Gainsight to the operations of BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India), providing strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing customer success initiatives.
