  Support, promote, implement and monitor our client's Health, Safety & Environment Management System, HSE Policies, procedures and programs to all personnel.To report on a daily basis to the HSE Manager all activities carried out and planned, anomalies, near misses, incidents and accidents and any unsafe condition or observed behavior that could affect the HSE performance. Assure that all safety incidents and accidents are properly reported and investigated and lessons learned are shared and issue the respective documentation as established in procedures. Plan and participate emergency drills according to emergency response plan, maintains record and develop an action plan for improvement. Conduct and ensure the compliance of Task Risk Assessment / Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly hazardous work situations. Perform hygiene inspections at the camp site. Ensure that Compliance of HSE procedures – monitoring of Hot Work, Lifting operations, Work at height, Confined Space entry, Lock out tag out system, Excavation safety, Scaffolding safety and journey management plan. Ensure emergency preparedness on rig site according to client procedures and plans. Participate on the preparation and perform the HSE meetings and proceed as instructed ( daily, weekly and monthly frequency), attend all site planning, progress and other appropriate site meetings, particularly those where subcontractors are involved.Conduct on site HSE Audits and control of safety equipment functionality. Observation cards tracking, ensure adequate corrective actions are undertaken for most significant stop cards.
