  Black Wattle Colliery (Pty) Ltd is a coal mine outside Middelburg in South Africa. It consists of two main entities, a mining company, and beneficiation, sales, and marketing company. The company sells different washed coal products to the domestic and international markets. The company is a medium to large organisation. I am the Head of the Administration and Finance Department. The company has 241 employees, of which nine employees report directly to me.Some of my primary duties in Black Wattle Colliery South Africa were responsible for semi-monthly cash flow reports, monthly management reports, prepare and submit statutory tax returns (VAT, PAYE, etc.) and annual audits. I manage a group of nine staff members to assist and process the information to enable me to provide the information to the Finance Director.
