  Since 1994 DEC working in J.K.LAKSHMI CEMENT plant .The plant having capacity of 5.2 M.T.Daily lime stone handling is 25,000 M.T.1. OUTPUT/VOLUME OF WORK:-1.1) To ensure the required availability targets of all mining equipment like Dumper,Shovels,Dozers,Payloaders,Drill machines, Electric towers, Compressors and rock breakers always met for mining equipment..1.2) To ensure that agreed targets of availability of plant material handling equipment like, dozers ,payloaders,cranes and fork lift is always met to meet plant material handling requirement.1.3) To ensure the maximum availability of road sweeping machine, fire tender and all light vehicle operating in plant. 2. QUALITY OF WORK :-2.1) Closely monitoring of maintenance and repairs of all mining equipment, plant material handling equipments, and plant light vehicles etc for their continuous availability for production.2.2) Close monitoring of the operation of equipments.2.3) To ensure timely planning of indenting of spares to avoid long b/d of equipment for want of spares.2.4) To ensure high standards of maintenance as per DGMS/ISO/CMMS requirement to avoids long b/d of equipments.3. COST:-3.1) Maintaing the expenditure with in approved budgets.3.2) Maintaining the minimum levels of inventory.3.3) To reduce the inventory of none moving and slow moving items.3.4) Ensuring minimum level of fuel and oil consumption.4. SUPPORT ACTIVITIES :-4.1) To prepare capital and revenue budget economically.4.2) To ensure the record of expenditure.4.3) To ensure the records of equipment availability, expenditure, component life, major expenditure etc.4.4) To ensure safety in dep’t.Also given additional responsibility of the maintenance of 1200 TPH CRUSHER and RECLAIMER.TRAININGS:-A.MANAGERIAL1.15day’s leadership programmed at IIM-Bangalore2.7 days competency development programmed at MDI-Gurgaon(3).7day coaching and mentoring porgramme at XLRI Jamshedpur Show less
