This recognition by Honda’s CEO, led to sole supplier status on several key products, generating long term revenues and repaired a fractured relationship. 2. While investigating the root cause of over 1600 NTF (no trouble found) monthly returns, uncovered several design problems with the Honda Accord audio system interface; saved $480K.3. Supervised four engineers, focused on AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) improvement strategies while also providing support of plant-wide operations. This support included assembly of documentation, tooling / stencil design modifications, product flows, data analysis and shift-to-shift variation review.4.
