  I worked for NCS the challenge for four consecutive summers in a seasonal role. Working as a wave manager being responsible for the welfare and development for a group of 12, 15-17-year-olds through a four-week program, including running evening sessions for the young people, risk assessing and teaching them life skills.

  Recruit, manage and train over 500 programme level volunteer academic representatives.Recruit, train and support faculty level academic representatives. Introducing them to MDXs committee structures.Mentor, and support MDXSUs Sabbatical officers. Offering pastoral, campaigns, development and committee support.Manage stakeholder relationships with faculty senior management, and academics.
