  ● Developing relevant, compliant safety training and accompanying tracking metrics for regularly (re)occurring delivery within a multi-level, multi-cultural, multi-location manufacturing workforce● Continually expanding/revising several dozen compliance programs, from OSHA to ISO, in the varied heavy manufacturing settings and cyclical economies of the automotive supply chain ● Designing and implementing an ADA-compliant medical exam and monitoring program, including DOT, travel, and return-to-duty components for both on-and off-the-job employee medical issues● Conducting workplace hazard assessments and employee/community agency drills, leading company wide safety meetings and specifying or delivering department/risk specific training● Steering joint labor/management Safety Committees & Focus groups, and promoting employee-centric wellness events, including the bi-annual Employee Safety, Health, Wellness & Green Fair During my earliest work at Haartz, formerly known as Haartz Auto Fabric, I was assigned to the Facilities Engineering and Production groups, before becoming part of the newly emerging Human Resources team. Now I'm back where it all started, in a greatly expanded Facilities Engineering group. The moves broadened my opportunities in the employee safety arena, while affording me cross-functional access to some very talented colleagues and heightened senior level exposure in a company which has more than doubled in headcount and quadrupled in sales during my tenure.
