  While in this role I managed all the corporate front office ICT delivery. This encompassed:IT Service DeskHardware and Software procurement and delivery to desktopOffice MovesNon fault IT support and advice.Specific projects included:Managing the ICT design, fit out and occupation of the councils flagship building Wakefield One. This introduced many new ways of working for council staff and it has been used as a model for other organizations to base their buildings upon.Managing the technical elements of the move to a managed print contract. This included the removal of almost all none MFD devices and the introduction of follow me printing using secure access via Mifare cards. This technology was subsequently incorporated into Building security making the most efficient use of the investment in access cards. Show less
