      I was a team lead on their Windows 7 migration project. I was in charge of up to 7 other contractors at one time replacing and upgrading systems at various hospitals. I would attend weekly meeting about our next steps and any problems that we may have been having with different software not being compatible with Windows 7. I was one of 4 team leads on the project but was the only contractor in a team lead position. The other team leads where BJC employees.
