      Main Duties:• Manage and prioritize the schedules of our partners to ensure that their time is spent on critical, strategic issues. • Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests, and highlight those that need quick attention. • Scheduling aircraft operations, selling tickets, error correction, cargo activities, interacting with internal passenger handling and ticketing software such as liaison, Amadeus, Envision, and Sabre Aircentre • Communication with air traffic control for airplane departure clearance and live documentation assistance. Not only do they interact with ATC, but they also use software to monitor ground operational communication sensors and aircraft system controllers. • Working in close liaison with Airline staff and other Airport Staff to provide customer service to the passengers • Responsible for meeting inbound flights, assisting passengers with connecting flights, checking-in passengers, and boarding outbound flights • Volunteered and contributed to communication focus groups to improve communication between managers, supervisors, and front-line employees • Helped company establish an excellent record of customer service and assisted in maintaining • Preparing MIS reports on daily basis and maintaining Terminal aesthetics • Making Contingency Plans and Briefing Support staff in Various Emergency Situations at Airport • Selling and retailing the product to travelers • Providing appropriate assistance to clients in order for them to acquire things on a frequent basis• Provide excellent customer service to all guests while also ensuring passenger and cabin safety.
