  As a QA/QC Supervisor, my primary responsibility is to assist the QA/QC Manager in implementing all QA/QC Implementations as per project requirements. I am responsible for monitoring and implementing QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP, and method statements while reporting deviations from management system/contractual requirements of the projects. My main duties include controlling and closing Project NCRs, Discrepancy reports, and site queries with concerned discipline managers and clients.In my role, I closely monitor RFI submissions, acceptance and rejection rates with all disciplines for improving Project Quality Index (PQI). I arrange, schedule, and follow up on internal audit programs to ensure full compliance with all project requirements. I ensure the close-out of all snags/punch-points within the timeframe agreed with the client. In my role, I ensure the project Quality requirements of different phases like procurement, Construction, pre-commissioning, and maintenance-associated activities to client-approved procedures, standards, codes, and specifications. I review all the subcontractor's document submittals related to quality matters before submission for client approval. I lead the QC Inspectors and carry out material and equipment inspections at vendor premises. I am familiar with industry standards, codes, and regulations that are essential to maintaining quality assurance and quality control for construction projects.
