      I am working on small change covering Domestic and Business Retail areas. However i am heavily involved in the Desktop Refresh Programme that is currently underway in UU to replace all historic hardware. I work on the ITAM (IT Asset Management Team) dealing with all hardware and software queries for the whole of UU. I am heavily involved in the processes to get a piece of software onto the UU estate efficiently as well as managing the licenses and contracts relating to software purchases.
