  Worked on project titled Application of PERT/CPM on Capital Repair of Blast Furnace. Analysed the case study of category II capital repair of blast furnace carried out during 2007. Remodeled the repair process with PERT methodology using MS-Project which resulted in improved understanding of the case. Validated the application of PERT/CPM for easy scheduling and controlling of complex projects and demonstrated the working of MS Project.

  Leading newly formed engineering productivity team for the dCX. We incubate solutions and delivered E2E various innovations e.g.: Personal Developer Instance etc and drive the DevSecOps program resulting in 20% productivity increase. We actively collaborate with various cross-functional teams both in the same and different BUs. The team has won various awards, e.g.: quarterly BU awards, capture the flag (security competition) etc. We reformed the team alignments and take the team size from 10 to 20 in 6 months. The growth over the last 2 years has no impact on project deliveries and we maintain a DIB and open team culture. Our key innovations are tools for automatic clean code movement within ServiceNow platform, Automation test analysis, intelligent test repository, and User Behaviour based testing. The team won the CIO award for Customer Focus. We built the team from scratch and built the team size to 10. We met the annual target by Q3. The newly formed team won VP award for stupendous test automation achievements. We have also delivered many innovations to improve the team's efficiency. The tools were developed on ServiceNow platform with Angular JS. Use Agile Development while following Scrum. Effective use of ServiceNow APIs along with Javascript and database knowledge is key for development projects.
