Required verbal ability to communicate effectively and type detail accurate names, phone numbers and access information of trouble tickets being prepared and route to maintenance operations tech, LEC or duty supervisor on CHRONIC or ACCUNET trouble. Input Data Circuits and Private Line Service orders for new service. Received Tier III engineer callout calls from field engineers and MAAT techs out of hours requesting Tier III support from across the nation from various business customers and AT&T employees by generating the trouble ticket in TSCSS and routing the ticket to INADS if testable or the FSAC if a dispatch is needed. Out of hours I would call the on call duty supervisor for the designated area of trouble and refer the info to the duty supervisor for the on call duty supervisor to dispatch a tech to the customer premise. If the tech needed parts my duty also included calling the MSL supervisor and arrange for delivery of the parts through the system MSL. Follow-up with appropriate action to resolve issues. In addition, BIR duties,now negotiate and input orders for internal and external customers through AT&T complex systems to meet customer needs.
