Emphasis on waste management. Has coordinated with project manager and implemented waste segregation and disposal. Yielded revenue for the company by disposing the waste materials to authorized vendors.• Monitoring of Work Practices/Conditions - carry out safety inspections, Internal safety procedural audits and suggest reasonably practicable control measures.• Conduct bi-weekly meeting with project manager and construction team to discuss on improvements to be done to increase safety culture of the company.• Tasked with investigating accidents including near miss and first aid cases to suggest management remedial measures to avoid recurrence. • Prepare risk assessment by involving various departmental people, stake holders and tradesmen performing the work. Has achieved big success by implementing few ideas of workmen which are very practical, cost-effective and reliable.• Conduct mock drills on various foreseen scenarios like fire, major incident etc. Show less
