      worked on educating people in Dholka District villages on education for children, education for women, Banking literacy, environmental sustainability, and other social concerns through ha period of one month (may 2018)during the internship, I was exposed to administrative tasks of a school run by the NGO. along with I managed to create and present a presentation to the women of particular villages where children education was low. to boost the rate of education in those localities, the presentation cum pitch was well executed.       during the two months with DAIMLER-AG, I was associated with a research study on consumer behavior of individuals towards purchasing luxury vehicles. the findings were quite interesting. the research was concluded with a scale of 50 participants in the study.

      Primarily focused on learning different areas within the HR domain. I got exposure to Learning&Development, Recruitment, HR generalist and Performance Management. These core areas were explored deeply for a duration of one month each, respectively. Apart from these core areas, i was exposed to CSR initiatives, managing incoming intern files, managing educational related events. HR as a function of management and the impact on employees was understood well through the tenure of employment.
