Evaluated analytical data to predict contaminant plume migration and natural attenuation. Prepared regulatory documents including SWPPP’s, SPCC plans, etc. Served as construction manager on a large federal housing project reconstructing and rehabilitating hurricane damaged homes in Southeast Texas. Worked with the Army Corp of Engineers and served Contractor Quality Control System Manager (CQCSM) on multiple landfill remediation projects. Managed subcontractors including health and safety oversight, completed sampling, and contaminant delineation and waste disposal documentation for excavation “dig and haul” projects. Conducted environmental compliance inspections for major retailers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas. Served as field engineer on an in situ enhanced bioremediation (ISEB) project using direct push technology (DPT) to inject over one million gallons of water and amendments into the soil to remediate a trichloroethelyne (TCE) plume on a federal facility in Oklahoma. Prepared SPCC Plans for a variety of facilities and certified them as the Professional Engineer responsible for their content and accuracy. Conducted spill response and reporting. Completed catastrophe response inspections and reports of flood damaged properties for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) following Hurricane Isaac and Superstorm Sandy. NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) Inspector for one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S and project coordinator responsible for three major markets in the Carolinas.
