      This position required me to orientate incoming freshmen to the university. The students would come to the school for 2 days in which we were to share with them the university policies and procedures, how class schedules work, issues as an incoming freshmen, how to succeed in class, signing them up for their first semester of classes, and making sure they were not socially outcasted. We played fun games and made sure the students were interacting and making new friendships. Each summer, there are 5 sessions of students. Show less

      My main responsibility is customer service. I interact with customers to understand their best copy and print solution. I must take in their requirements and inform them of my possible solutions that best fit their needs. Once we have an agreement, I produce their quality print job. Also, I perform cash office duties such as counting the registers at the end of every day, preparing the bank deposit, and ordering change. I must also report and variances I find and keep track of those variances. Another one of my responsibilities is to reset displays in the store on a weekly basis.
