  During my employment with this collection agency I acted as the field chase coordinator. In this position I was required to handle requests from prominent credit unions around the country and dispatch field service reps to the homes and work places of debtors who were falling behind in payments in order to make contact with them and inquire as to why they defaulted and if they were going to be able to make arrangements to pay back the loan. While in this position, I strengthened the relationship between our company and the collection departments of the various credit unions.Other tasks included creating highly detailed monthly Excel reports and sending them in to the various credit unions to show progress made on defaulted accounts.
