  To contribute to and lead the operations, maintenance and development of the Clyde Research Orchard by efficiently meeting client requirements and expectations for their scientific trials. Stepping into a leading role at the absence of Research Orchard Manager and fulfilling all the tasks needed during a peak season in the orchard. From crop spraying, irrigation, upskilling staff to partly cover my previous role's duties, to learning and upskilling myself in managing invoices, budget and negotiating/applying for new machinery. Supporting and assisting the Research Orchard Manager at the Clyde Research Orchard. From operating machinery, recruiting and training new staff, leading staff, managing new crop trial, keeping and developing a record of Clyde's Safety Operating Procedures, representing FRN as a health and safety rep, to many other research orchard related tasks.
