  I have been working on this position of "Tourism Sector Specialist" since May 2019 on contractual status after eight year working on permanent contract status as Tourism Product Development and Facilities Officer (2011-2015), Culture and Historical Tourism Specialist (2015-2017) and Tourism Product Development Specialist (2017-2019).I was hired when the institution was only 3 years old (created in 2008) and the mandate of my team was multiply the tourism revenues by innovative new products while strengthening the eco-systems of the country as per the ongoing politics of "Sustainable Tourism and Conserving for New Generation".I was able to initiate and develop Community based tourism-Agro-tourism and Tourism business stop-overs, Heritage corridor as a must see Rwandan historical and cultural hub, the Congo Nile Trail as Hiking, Biking and Kayaking Eco-tourism products, and developed and promoted cycling tourism in the country by not only creating Mountain Bike Trails, but also pulling off cycling events organizers and bike shop investors. I strongly participated in Cave Tourism Development in Musanze, Kivu Belt Tourism Development, Kigali Cultural Village & Cultural guide book development, apart from Community Based Tourism Projects, to name few.Successes also include the conservation projects that bring in the parks expansion and buffer zone development for Volcanoes National park, Gisovu chimpanzee habituation in Nyungwe National Park and wetlands projection for biodiversity conservation.
