  Working as a network planner in Oil Marketing Business department performing following duties:• Identify, plan and develop productive retail network in assigned region (Sindh & Baluchistan) in line with company’s policy and guidelines to meet the on-going and future competitive challenges and ensure highly competitive and profitable retail network.• Working on networking optimization project which will result in a network with high potential sales volume.• Completion and preparation of all the required legal documentations and NOCs from the related government bodies for new retail outlets.• Ensuring that all the plans and layouts comply with the Explosives department’s requirements.• Supervising the construction of new retail outlets in assigned region. • Management of budget, preparation of construction estimates and ensuring that the sites meet all the relevant codes and company standards.• Visiting the sites, meeting with dealers and contractors and advising them on civil engineering issues.• Conduction of site surveys for new retail outlets, finding out new locations that would increase the network of retail outlets all over the assigned region. During this whole tenure I performed the following activities: • Erection of new gantry structures, light poles foundation, pipe sleepers and ramps. Installation of new drainage facility in boiler area, and flooring in gantry area.• Patch work and repair of shoulders of 25 km long Pirkus Road connecting National Highway with Byco Petroleum Pakistan Ltd.• Construction of warehouse complex at ORC-II. This complex includes a warehouse building, offices, chemical shed, pipe shed and cable shed.• Construction of new roads inside the refining complex and area preparation for upgrade-I project.• Construction and preparation of lay down area for upgrade-I project which includes construction of 500 foundation pads.• Construction of flooring around fire hydrants and fire monitors inside the whole refining complex.• Finishing of new project office building at ORC-II which includes fair face block masonry, tile flooring, plumbing works, false ceiling. Apart from this construction of septic tank, soak pit and UGWT.• Extension of Main Pipe Rack for relocation of boiler vents of Mild Pressure (MP) and Low Pressure (LP).• Repair and rehabilitation of Cooling tower at ORC-II with complete water proofing of the whole structure during operational refinery.• Conflict resolution among different streams of engineering working in refinery.• Supervision of maintenance and repair works of structures and pavements at plant site facility.• Cost estimation, preparation of Bar Bending Schedules, BOQs, scrutiny of invoices after completion of work, budget preparation, budget approval and cost control.• Turnaround activity for ORC-1 refinery complex with roles on quality inspector and site in charge for ongoing civil works.• Compliance with the safety standards of organization in accordance with the DU Point system.
