  Research a new form of artificial intelligence: Predictive State Representation (PSR).Similar to the partially observable markov decission process (POMDP), this form of artificial intelligence uses observations instead of full states to determing the agent's current location.The difference is that POMDP uses history (possibly the entire history) of the agent's movements to determing it's current state. With PSR the agent uses matrix algorithms to predict the future observations the agent will encounter and with this information determines it's current state.Tasks:- Understand how PSR works and relate this to other artificial intelligence methods.- Create a working model in Mathlab of a PSR agent.   I am responsible for creating the architecture for public health platforms that we are developing.Through managing our development team and setting up the necessary procces I make sure we follow all best practices and enforcing necessary security on the platform by challenging requirements and keeping up to date on the latest vulnerabilities.By keeping a high level of focus on security and providing proper tools for our support team to handle issues, I have managed our projects and processes to achieve the ISO 27001 certificate.I am educating myself on Cyber Security and applying this knowledge to JnJ to make our systems more secure. Doing this I have discovered several security issues and helped resolve them.By introducing automation in every aspect of the development process I have reduced the time spent on trivial tasks that don't add any value for our different teams.
