      I served as Presidential Management Fellow in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation and Office of the Executive Secretary. As deputy director of the 2004 Medicare Technical Review Panel and staff to the Social Security and Medicare Trustees Working Group, I developed expertise in Medicare projections, reporting, and oversight. In addition, I designed and oversaw innovative research projects on Medicare growth rates and pharmaceutical pricing.

      I serve as a Medicaid and CHIP subject matter expert with the Office of Management and Budget's Health Division. In this role, I provide policy development and oversight of core components of the Medicaid program. My responsibilities include the Medicaid drug rebate program, Medicare/Medicaid dual eligible beneficiary policy, and Medicaid Section 1115 waiver policy. In addition, I lead OMB engagement for multiple State Medicaid waiver requests, with a focus on waivers which raise complex budget neutrality issues. Across my portfolio, I consistently develop new policies which are included in administrative actions and/or enacted legislation. Show less I served as a Senior Program Examiner in OMB's Income Maintenance Branch with responsibility for a range of mandatory and discretionary income support and nutrition programs. I led development and implementation of innovative policies for the Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income programs, including rulemaking, administrative operations, and stakeholder communications.
